Returning Customers - What to know
Returning customers please take note of the following items as these may be applicable to you:
- Accounts from our old website were not transferred. If you'd like to maintain an account with us you'll need to follow the new account process to recreate your account. Please note that this may trigger a new welcome email being sent to you.
- Past order history will not reflect on your new account. If you'd like a full statement of your account please reach out to our email support where we'll gladly assist you.
- New web changes will not affect unfilled orders. Your order is safely lodged with our fulfillment center and you'll continue receiving progress updates.
