May 2024: Temporary Support Team Break

Just a heads up that our support team will be going off grid to take a break from 3 May - 20 May 2024. During this time, our responses to emails and social media will be a bit delayed. We'll do our best to check in occasionally, but expect to hear back from us after 20th May.

No worries though! You can still place orders on our website as usual. Thanks to our automated system and partnership with ParcelIt, order processing should continue without a hitch.
